ST. LOUIS – Arcade Apartments, in the central corridor of downtown St. Louis, announced details of the historic building’s new layout following its extraordinary renovation. The building’s 282 apartments include more than 50 different floor plans. In addition, the Arcade’s 80 luxury apartments will feature 42 distinct floor plans; 24 are, in fact, one-of-a-kind. Pricing on the luxury apartments, while not yet finalized, will range from approximately $1,000.00 on the low end to nearly $3,000.00 on the upper end. Pricing for working artist apartments begins at $563.00.
“Because the Arcade Building is an historic landmark, Arcade Apartments is anything but cookie-cutter when it comes to its floor plans and each, really, has its own personality,” said Jeff Huggett, vice president and project partner at Dominium, the developer of Arcade Apartments. "In fact, many of them are truly one-of-a-kind.”
Arcade Apartments is not yet reserving apartments. The Arcade is one of St. Louis’ best examples of a Gothic Revival skyscraper and is named for the spectacular two-story interior shopping arcade that was inspired by the galleries of Milan and Naples. It was designated a City Landmark in 1980 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. Roaring back to life in 2015, Arcade Apartments represents the finest in building restoration for fashionable urban living.
